Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-24
This Privacy Policy explains how Reku Media ("we", "us", "our") handles data in connection with the software and applications ("Services") that publish video content to connected social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
01Data We Access
When an account is connected via a platform's official OAuth flow, we access only the minimum data required to publish content on behalf of that account, such as:
- Basic account identifiers (e.g. channel ID, username) needed to address the correct destination account.
- Authorization tokens issued by the platform, used solely to make authorized API calls.
We do not access private messages, contact lists, or data unrelated to publishing the connected account's own content.
02How We Use Data
Access tokens and account identifiers are used exclusively to publish previously reviewed video content to the corresponding account and to confirm that a publish request succeeded. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties except the platform APIs required to perform the publishing action itself.
03Data Storage
Authorization tokens are stored in an encrypted, access-controlled credential store (operating-system keychain) and are not stored in plaintext or in version control. Tokens are retained only as long as the connection remains active.
04Data Retention & Deletion
If a connected account is disconnected, its associated authorization tokens are deleted. You can request deletion of any data we hold about a connected account at any time by contacting us using the details below.
05Third-Party Platforms
Use of the Services in connection with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube is additionally subject to the respective platform's own privacy policy and terms.
06Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
